At a Certain Age: A Cosmological Reckoning
An In-progress Artist’s Book Collaboration with Playwright Charlotte Meehan
As Charlotte and I collaborated on distilling our conversations into words and images for an artist’s book format, we shifted from largely comedic scenarios of aging in a sexist society to something more existential and socially critical. The words and images work in tandem to conjure a non-linear series of our inner and shared thoughts that form a narrative arc through time and space.
